Recently, Shenyang Sanland Mining Engineering Co., Ltd. completed production and pre-delivery inspection of the SS440H single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. The unit is painted and fitted with its nameplate, with the hydraulic station, lubrication station and spare parts packed separately, and is now ready for shipment.

The SS440H is used for secondary and fine crushing in mining and aggregate production. The motor drives the eccentric bushing through the transmission, and the cone swings under the action of the eccentric bushing, so material is crushed between the mantle and bowl liners by compression, impact and bending, and discharged from the bottom. The discharge opening is adjusted hydraulically, and the cone retracts automatically when uncrushable material enters, protecting the machine from damage.

Crushing efficiency and product shape depend closely on chamber design, machining accuracy of critical fits and assembly quality. Sanland focuses on the machining accuracy and clearances of the frame, main shaft and eccentric bushing, machines the liners to the measured taper, and verifies clearances and concentricity after assembly. Each machine completes a no-load running test before delivery, with oil temperature, oil pressure, vibration and noise checked, and is painted and nameplated only after all items pass.

The single-cylinder design makes the machine compact with fewer failure points. Setting adjustment and tramp-iron protection are handled by one hydraulic system, which simplifies operation and maintenance, while the inter-particle crushing chamber produces a more uniform product with fewer flat and elongated particles and reduces the load on downstream grinding and screening.
